Heard. It is the contention of the petitioner that he was not heard by the Additional Commissioner before passing the impugned order. It is agreed between the parties that the Additional Commissioner, Nashik to give a hearing to the parties and pass fresh order. In view of the same, the impugned order dated 30/08/2022, passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik, in RTS Revision No.464/2019, under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, thereby dismissing revision filed by the petitioner, is set aside and matter is remanded back for adjudication.

Since the proceedings pertains to recovery of dues, the Additional Commissioner is directed to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.
