The applicant prays for recalling of the order passed by this Court on 18/09/2014 by which the writ petition was dismissed in default. Certain medical certificates are placed on record to indicate the health status of the father of the learned Advocate for the petitioners. He, therefore, prays that the writ petition be restored as sufficient cause is made out and the civil application is filed within time.

Mr.Rudrawar, learned Advocate does not oppose since the issue khs/Aug. 2015/9855-15-d

involved is with regard to the health status of the father of the learned advocate of the petitioners.

In the light of the above, civil application is allowed. Order passed by this Court dated 18/09/2014 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its stage at which it was dismissed. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) khs/Aug. 2015/9855-15-d
