Heard. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" - Scheduled Tribe, which is pending with the respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee since 2/1/2020, be decided expeditiously.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner has also received the notice issued by the employer, seeking explanation was to

why the services of the petitioner shall not be brought to an end on the ground of non-submission of validity certificate. 3.
Considering the above, we direct the respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from today. For a period of three months, the employer of the petitioner shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner solely on the ground that the petitioner has failed to submit the caste validity certificate. We direct the petitioner to co-operate with the early disposal of his caste claim and will file reply to the Vigilance Cell report within a period of fifteen days from today. 4.
With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
