ORDER :- 1.
Learned counsel for the parties inform the Court that the parties have arrived at a settlement pursuant to which, they have entered into a Compromise deed/petition dated 12th December, 2022. They further state that the appellant and respondent have signed the Compromise Petition. So also, both the Advocates affirm that they have signed the Compromise Petition.

This matter was sent to the Registrar (Judicial) for the purpose of verification and to check the identity of the parties and to explain the terms and conditions to the parties. The Registrar (Judicial) has undertaken this task and by his submission dated 12.12.2022, has confirmed that the terms and conditions of Compromise Petition have been explained to the parties, so also, he has verified the identity of the parties and their signatures thereon.

The Compromise Petition is taken on record and marked "X"
{2} 916 sr.no..odt for the purpose of identification. The undertaking, if any, in the Compromise Petition are accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. Appeal from order No. 61 of 2022 is accordingly disposed in terms of the Compromise Petition.

A soft copy of the Compromise Petition is to be uploaded as part of this order. Registrar (Judicial) to ensure that hard copy of the Compromise Petition is permanently retained with the AO, as part of record and is not sent for destruction in ordinary course. 5.
Civil application, if any, stands disposed of. 6.
