Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Cicily Kallarackal Versus Vehicle Factory [(2012) 8 SCC 524], both these petitions be disposed of as withdrawn, so as to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy as is provided in law.

Considering the above, both these petitions are disposed of with liberty to approach the forum, as is provided in law.

Needless to state, the disposal of these petitions will not be an impediment to the petitioner.
