This is an application seeking amendment i. e. the appellant be allowed to proceed in his own name as he has become major and also for enhanced amount of compensation. 2.

As far as enhanced amount of compensation is concerned, the same can be considered on merits only after the requirement as laid down are fulfilled.

As present application is only for amendment, I do not see any impediment in allowing the same. The civil application as

2 ca 11838.15 such is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of.

Necessary amendment be carried out within fourteen days from today.
