This Court under order dated 14.09.2018 had directed the committee to issue the tribe certificates of "Koli Mahadev" scheduled tribe within a period of four weeks.

It appears that the petitioners did not approach the Sub Divisional Officer.

Mr. Boinwad, learned Counsel submits that subsequently the competent authority is now Sub Divisional Officer, Majalgaon. 4.

The petitioners shall file an application with the Sub Divisional Officer, Majalgaon including on-line application for issuance of corrected tribe certificates. The learned Counsel submits that the petitioners have already

2 7-WP10806-19.doc surrendered the original tribe certificates to Sub Divisional Officer, Majalgaon. The Sub Divisional Officer, Majalgaon shall after verifying the same issue corrected tribe certificates within a period of four (04) weeks from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
