The Petitioner claims to be working with Respondent No.1 from 01.09.2012 as a "Shikshan Sevak". She claims to have completed her probation from 01.09.2012 to 31.08.2015. Her proposal for approval as a "Shikshan Sevak" was pending and, therefore, she approached this Court in WP No.11399/2016. By order dated 21.11.2016, this Court directed Respondent No.2 to take a decision on the proposal.

The Education Officer delivered an order on 22.01.2017 refusing khs/Sept.2023/11054

- 2 - approval to the Petitioner. She approached the Deputy Director, Education, Nasik and by order dated 03.01.2019, the Education Officer was directed to reconsider the proposal of the Petitioner. That proposal is now said to be pending.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 / Education Officer to deal with the approval proposal of the Petitioner. Let such decision be arrived at within 30 days from today, by following the due procedure laid down in Law and by scrutinizing the record available,. 4.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any view with regard to the merits of the claim of the Petitioner and the Education Officer shall independently apply his mind for perusing the records and pass a reasoned order without being influenced by the order passed by the Deputy Director of Education.
