The learned counsel for original-claimants on 06-09-2019 made a statement that he would supply the private paper book. Accordingly, time to supply paper book was given to the learned counsel for the claimants till 06-11-2019. However, till date, the paper book is not supplied. In the mean time, record and proceeding is received.

In that view of the matter, supply of paper book and print are dispensed with.

The ofce is directed to place the matters for fnal hearing in a week commencing from 05-04-2021.

Accordingly, civil application No. 6416 of 2015, for early hearing is disposed of.
