Heard the learned counsel Ms. Shital Pujari holding for Mr. P. C. Bhagure for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State. 2.
The applicants are seeking bail in connection with FIR No. 0388/2024, dated 23/08/2024, registered at Phulambri Police Station, District Aurangabad, for offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 103(2), 109, 115(2), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The learned counsel for the applicants seeks bail on the ground of parity. She submits that the role attributed to the present applicants is similar to that of co-accused Ajinkya Ravindra Salve, who has been granted bail by 1 of
911 BA 1623-2025 this Court on 25/04/2025 in Bail Application No. 613/2025. Similarly, coaccused Sagar Milind Shinde and Aryan Surendra Bhalerao have also been granted bail in Bail Applications No. 1217/2025 and 1098/2025 respectively on 14/08/2025.

The learned counsel has drawn the Court's attention to the FIR to demonstrate that the role of the present applicants is identical to that of the abovementioned co-accused. Considering the ground of parity, the applicants are entitled to similar relief.

In view of the above, the applications are allowed on the following terms: - a] The applicants shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 0388/2024, dated 23/08/2024, registered at Phulambri Police Station, District Aurangabad, on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.30,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
b] Upon release, the applicants shall not contact the informant in any manner whatsoever during the pendency of the trial. c] The applicants shall co-operate with the trial Court and shall remain present on each and every date of hearing, unless specifically exempted by the Court.
d] The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not influence the informant, witnesses, or any other person connected with the case.

911 BA 1623-2025 e] The applicants shall provide their contact number and residential address to the trial Court upon release and shall update the same in case of any change.

Needless to say, in case of violation of any of the aforesaid conditions, the bail granted to the applicants shall be liable to be cancelled. It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are confined to the present bail applications. The trial Court shall proceed independently without being influenced by any observations herein. 7.
