By this civil application, the applicant seeks restoration of the Writ Petition No. 455/2002 which was dismissed by the order dated 26 th September, 2014 for default.

We have heard the learned counsel appearing for applicants and Mr. Gujarathi, learned A. G. P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. We are satisfied with the reasons assigned for restoration of the writ petition and for recall of the order dated th September, 2014.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause "B". Order dated 26th September, 2014 passed by this Court is recalled. Writ Petition No. 455 of 2002 is restored to its original position along with interim order, if any.
