Mr. Nirmal, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 / acquiring body submits that the acquiring body has forwarded the proposal for acquisition of the writ lands on 01.11.2018 to respondent no. 2. 2.

In case, respondent no. 3 / acquiring body has forwarded the proposal for acquisition of the writ lands, then respondents no. 1 and 2 shall take effective steps for publication of notification U/Sec. 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,

2 wp 10713.19 Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of six (06) months and complete the acquisition proceedings within the time stipulated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Respondent no. 3 / acquiring body shall comply the deficiencies, if any, in the proposal within one (01) month.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
