After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present petition with liberty to agitate all his contentions before the Inquiry Committee.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

It is needless to mention that, as we have disposed off the petition by the present Order, the interim relief granted by order dated 11.10.2021 comes to an end and shall not remain in operation hereinafter.

In view of disposal of writ petition, nothing survives in Civil Application No.556 of 2022 and is accordingly disposed off.
