In this Family Court Appeal, the parties were directed to go for mediation. The Mediator has forwarded a report about it being successful and has annexed terms of compromise, whereby, two sides have agreed to dissolve the marriage mutually. 2.

We have heard both the sides. Considering the fact that the appellants are more than 50 years of age, though the marriage was solemnized in the year 2013, they have not been residing together since 2015, there being no hope of reunion, the appeal is allowed in terms of compromise settled between the parties before the Mediator. It is marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.
