After having considered the submissions made and after having gone through the impugned Judgment as well as grounds of objection raised in exception to the impugned Judgment, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

I) The applicants are presently permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rs.Ten lakhs only) alongwith interest accrued thereon, on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

{2} 22 CA 11310 OF 2018 II) The balance amount be invested in the Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank, till decision of the appeal.

III) Civil Application No.11310 of 2018 stands disposed of.
