Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, the learned A.P.P. and learned counsel Shri Tungar for the first informant. 2.

It is the case that the deceased had a love marriage with the son of the applicants. The family members of the deceased were opposing the marriage. However, they performed the marriage. Unfortunately, their relations became strained and she committed suicide by excessive insulin. The suicide note is also silent as regards the role of the present applicants. The first information report itself reveals that the parents/applicants were not residing with the deceased and their son. It appears that they being the parents have been arraigned as accused.

After having gone through the material placed on record, the Court is of the view that this is a fit case for bail. Hence, the following order:- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The applicant nos.(1) Vasant Kisan Dongre and (2) Sindhubai @ Sindhu W/o Vasant Dongre, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.20,000/- each, with one solvent surety of like amount, in F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.0267 of 2022, registered with Police Station, Satara, Tq. & District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
