The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the application filed by him with RespondenthMSRTC for claiming differences in back wages amount. He submitted that the petitioner has already received certain amount from MSRTC.
In view of the same, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to
