The applicant/wife is seeking transfer of the Petition No. A-296/020 filed by the respondent-husband before the learned Family Court at Pune to the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Chalisgaon. The applicant/wife has also filed petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Chalisgaon.

The Counsel for the respondent, on instruction from the respondent, states that he has no objection if the application is allowed and the relief sought by the wife is granted. SG Punde, PA

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '
