It is pointed out there are typographical errors in a few places in the order. While the case of the petitioners concerns the Schedule Tribe "Thakar", inadvertently the Scheduled Tribe "Thakur" has been mentioned. Accordingly, it is directed that wherever the word "Thakur" has appeared in the said order, the same shall be replaced by the word "Thakar."

It is further pointed out that the name of the father of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.10351 of 2025, has been inadvertently recorded as "Pandurang Ramchandra Bedara", while the correct name is "Pandurang Jalindar Bedare." Accordingly, the name of the father of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.10351 of 2025, shall also be corrected.
