ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs. 15,56,019/- which has been deposited by the appellant State. The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application on the ground that the Reference Court has granted exorbitant compensation. It appears that Special Land Acquisition Offcer has granted rate of Rs. 2.40/- per Sq. Meters which has been enhanced by the Reference Court to Rs. 30/- per Sq. Meters. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw only 50% of the deposited amount at this juncture alongwith the interest thereon accrued till date by furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The
