The applicant/ original respondent/ wife submits that the amount of maintenance is being deposited in this court. It is submitted that since the name of the applicant on certain statutory documents appears as her maiden name and not by her marital name, the amount deposited in this court is not being transferred to the account of the applicant.

None appears for the respondent/ husband. The learned advocate for the applicant makes a statement that the copy has been served on the respondent.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as under :-

*2* 926ca10431o19 "B) The Nazarat Section may kindly be directed to consider the address proof documents of applicant in her parental name i.e. Anita Kautik Gavhande and deposit the amount in the account of Anita Kautik Gavhande."
