Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by respondent No.2 - Insurance Company alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

The learned Counsel for the applicants placed on record copy of order dated 27.06.2022, whereby this Court in other connected matter has granted 75% amount of the entire Pooja K.

915-CA-5534-2022 compensation alongwith the interest to the applicants therein. It appears that, applicant No.4 is still minor and, therefore, his amount cannot be release till he gets majority. 4.

In view of the same, the applicant No.1 to 3 and 5 are permitted to withdraw 75% amount from their respective shares as apportioned by the learned Tribunal alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The remaining amount be kept in F.D.R. in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal.
