Learned counsel for the respondent objects to permit withdrawal of the amount, since earlier application for withdrawal was allowed. 3.

In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) in deposit as against undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. There shall be no further application for withdrawal, pending the appeal. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
