26.09.2018 P.C. :- It is informed that the tribe certificate validation claim of the petitioner is pending with the scrutiny committee. The tribe certificate furnished to the scrutiny committee along with the proposal records incorrect spelling of the tribe and as such it would be necessary for the petitioner to get the corrected certificate from the Sub-Divisional Officer. 2.

In the circumstances, respondent no.2-scrutiny committee is directed to return the original tribe certificate to the petitioner so as facilitate him to secure the corrected certificate from Sub-Divisional Officer. The scrutiny committee shall return the original certificate to the petitioner, on his approach to the committee within a period of seven days from today. The petitioner shall furnish the original certificate to the concerned Sub-Divisional

( 2 ) 907 wp 10679.18 Officer who shall without embarking upon inquiry into the matter shall issue a corrected tribe certificate recording correct spelling of the concerned tribe in accordance with the relevant entry in the constitutional order within a period of three days from the date of approach of the petitioner to the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer. The petitioner shall furnish the corrected tribe certificate to the scrutiny committee within a period of three weeks from today for purposes of verification which shall be accepted by the committee and the committee shall proceed to scrutinise the tribe certificate validation claim of the petitioner in accordance with provisions of law. 3.
