The appellant, who is original accused No.1, is seeking condonation of delay of 31 days in fling appeal against the judgment and order dated 18/05/2023 in Special Case (POCSO) No.28 of 2020, wherein she has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 366 of IPC.

Though the learned APP as well as learned counsel for the informant strongly opposed the application, but considering the

2 16 appln 3053-23 fact that appeal fled by the other accused Jagdish is already admitted, the delay of 31 days stands condoned. 5.

The appeal of the applicant be registered, after removal of offce objection, if any.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
