Learned A.G.P. submits that the scrutiny committee has fixed the date on 29/01/2019. The petitioner shall remain present on the said date for hearing and shall not seek adjournment. 2.

The Committee shall thereafter decide the proceeding within one month from the date of appearance. The Institution shall not issue degree certificate till the petitioner produces the validity. It may issue marks sheet till then.

Writ Petition disposed of accordingly.
