It is informed by learned AGP Mr. A. V. Lavte that the learned Counsel Mr. Gadegaonkar for the Petitioner informs that the petition was filed challenging the order dated 04.05.2024 by which the amendment sought in the civil suit, was rejected by the learned Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Ardhapur, District Nanded. 2.

It is informed at the bar that the suit bearing RCS No.48/2023 has now been finally decided by the learned Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Ardhapur, District Nanded and hence the petition has become infructuous.
