..Respondents Mr. R.R. Sancheti, Advocate for applicant.

CORAM : A. V. NIRGUDE,J.

DATE : 26th February, 2015 PER COURT :

1.

Heard.

2.

While disposing of this review application in second appeal I thought I should give notice to certain parties to this application. I suspected foul play committed by them. Despite issuance of notice the Process Serving Officer could not find them and could not serve them with notice. In view of this delay and disposal of second appeal I am now inclined to withdraw the notice issued to respondent Nos.1 to 5.

In view of this withdrawal, nothing remains to decide in this application.

3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, there is typographical error in the order dated 24.11.2014 passed in this review application. At the request of learned counsel for the applicant, the Nos. "2" & "3" mentioned in second line of para No. 5 on page No. 4 shall be replaced by "3" & "4". Office to make necessary corrections forthwith.

4.

The review application and the motion accordingly stands disposed of.
