1] By way of present Writ Petition, the petitioner is challenging the show cause notices dated 3rd August, 2023 and 7th August, 2023 issued by the respondent no.2 - the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society, Ahmednagar on the basis of the Circular dated 15.06.2022. 2] The learned AGP appearing for the respondent - State has filed affidavit in reply in the matter whereby she submitted that in pursuance of the show cause notice issued on 3rd August, 2023 and 7th August, 2023, final order is

10318.23WP passed by the respondent no.2 on 4th September, 2023. She has submitted a copy of the said order along with affidavit in reply.

3] In view of the same, since the present Writ Petition only challenges show cause notices and the final orders are passed, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the said final order. The Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
