Heard both sides in both applications. The learned counsel for Acquiring Body has produced copies of orders made by the Division Bench of this Court in connected matters dated 16.10.2015 in CA No. 13282/2015 and others. So, the present applications filed for condonation of delay is allowed in the same term.

The application filed for stay to the execution of judgment and award is also allowed in the same terms as per order made by the Division Bench in CA No. 13283/2015 and others dated 16.10.2016, which is as under :- "1.

Heard. Notice to respondents, returnable after twelve weeks. Learned AGP waives

CA No. 13290/15 service for Respondent State.

On condition of deposit of 50% of the amount covered by the Award along with interest in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today, by way of ad interim order, execution and operation of the Award impugned in these appeals shall stand stayed."

Appeal is admitted. Notice is waived the learned AGP for respondent No. 2 [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
