Mr. Tiwari, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners have filed representation seeking pensionary and retiral benefits, however, same is not being considered and decided by the Respondent Commissioner. 2.

Mr. Desale, the learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that, in case, said representations are pending, then the respondent No.2 would decide the same in accordance with law.

In case, the representation (Exh.'D') is pending with the Respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six months.
