Heard learned Advocate for the applicants and learned AGP. This application is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal. The applicant are original claimants. The appeal is for enhancement of compensation amount.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow the application subject to deposit of costs of Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) to be paid to High Court Dispensary within two weeks from today. The applicants shall file undertaking to the effect that in-case the appeal is allowed, the applicants shall not claim interest for the delayed period on the enhanced amount. Subject to above condition, the first appeal be registered.
