Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer. Leave is granted.

The application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of petitioner No.20 on record. The petitioner has died on 23.12.2017. The application has been filed on or before 04.09.2018. It appears that the application is sworn within prescribed period of limitation but because of clerical error error the application could not be registered and the period has lapsed beyond limitation.

Considering the reasons given in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-A and A-1.
