Petitioner seeks direction against respondent nos. 2 to 4 to initiate acquisition proceedings. 2.

Mr. Bhalerao, learned counsel for respondent no.4 submits that the steps are being taken either to acquire the land by private negotiations or to initiate acquisition proceedings for 81 Are land.

The parties may take steps for acquisition of the land by private negotiations and if the land is not

wp11508.17 acquired by respondent no.4 by private negotiations, the acquisition proceedings shall be initiated within a period of six months and same shall be completed within a period stipulated under the Right to Fair Compensation And Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 4.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
