ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 24.08.2021 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby registration of the appeal was refused for want of removal of office objections. The learned Counsel for the applicants now undertakes to remove all such office objections within two weeks. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to removal of all the office objections within two weeks from the date of this order. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
