Application has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of caste (tribe) certificate with respondent no.03 - Sub-Divisional Officer on 30th September, 2021.

Learned Counsel for respondent nos.01 and 02 submits that the petitioner was granted time up to 14th October, 2021 for submitting tribe certificate.

In the light of above, respondent no.03 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Ahmedpur, shall decide the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate, on its own merits, within one week.

The Sub-Divisional Officer shall consider that the tribe certificate is already issued to the sister of the petitioner. 05.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
