We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Bhapkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 100% handicap and is entitled to the financial assistance from the State, the respondent-State being a welfare State.

We also heard learned A.G.P. for the respondent-State.

Unless some scheme is pointed out that would be applicable to the petitioner, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. No such scheme

In light of that, writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
