ORDER :- Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to redress his grievance.

In view of alternate remedy, Mr. Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as may be permissible in law. 3.

In light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
