Shri Dhongade, learned Advocate for the Respondent, has tendered an affidavit in reply. It is pointed out that the gratuity amount has already been paid to the Petitioner in 1990. The provident fund accumulations have also been paid to him. Insofar as his pension is concerned, he is required to submit certain documents like the passport photographs of himself and his wife, Adhaar Card and Bank Passbook/ bank account details, pursuant to which his proposal for pension would be forwarded to the competent authority. He further submits that if these papers are submitted, the Respondent shall not hesitate to forward the proposal for necessary action.

*2* 8.cp.630.16 The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would approach the Respondent Office forthwith and submit such documents as may be necessary for processing his pension papers. He submits that with these observations, this petition can be disposed of. In the light of the above, the Petitioner shall submit necessary documents as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 15 days from today. After receiving the said documents, the Respondent shall process the papers and shall forward the same to the pension department for processing the pension proposal of the Petitioner, within a period of THREE WEEKS thereafter.

With the above observations, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
