Mr. Yeramwar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the Committee be directed to issue validity certificate to the petitioner in respect of Thakur, Scheduled Tribe. The real uncle of the petitioner namely Balkrushna s/o Waman Pawar is issued with the validity certificate under the order of this Court on 05.12.2003. So also, petitioner's real sister - Madhavi Madhukar Thakur is issued with the validity certificate by the Committee on 31.05.2005. 2.

The petitioner can bring all these facts and relevant judgment and order to the notice of the respondent-Committee at the time of Gajanan

hearing. Naturally, the Committee has to consider the judgment passed by this Court, as may be applicable. The Committee shall endevour to decide the validation proceedings, preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01-11-2021.
