The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that under order dated 24-10-2018 in Writ Petition No.12179 of 2018 filed by the petitioner the Principal Seat had directed the Committee to decide the proceedings by 31-03-2019, the same are not yet decided. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

Respondent No.2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceedings of the petitioner positively within four months from the date the petitioner appears before it.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01-11-2021.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
