Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The challenge is to the order dated 14.8.2019 passed below exh.U-2 by the Industrial Court in complaint ULP no.75 of 2019 fled by the respondent challenging the transfer order dated 6.7.2019. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that, transfer was effected for administrative reasons and the stay of the transfer order by order dated 14.8.2019 is granted erroneously.

Considering the fact that, the transfer order is of 6.8.2019 and respondent pursuant to the stay on the transfer order has been working on the same post from the last two years, it would be in the interest of the justice if the Industrial Court is directed to decide the complaint ULP No.75 of 2019 expeditiously. Hence, the order.

The Industrial Court is directed to decide the complaint ULP No.75 of 2019 expeditiously and in any case within a period of one year from today.
