Heard Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sons of the petitioner are issued with the validity certificates of "Thakur" (Scheduled Tribe). The sons of the petitioner had filed Writ Petition No. 2803 of 2020 and Writ Petition No. 2804 of 2020. This Court under order dated 17.02.2020 directed the committee to decide the validation proceedings and to consider the judgment delivered by this Court in case of cousin brother of the present petitioner.

The committee naturally would consider the validity certificates issued to the sons of the petitioner and the judgment of this Court in case of cousin brother of the present petitioner. While deciding the proceeding the petitioner may point out the judgment of this Court and the validities issued to the sons of the petitioner to the committee. The vigilance in case of sons of the petitioner is already conducted. In view of that, the committee to consider the vigilance report. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 14.12.2021. The committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
