The Petitioner desires that this Court should issue a Writ of Mandamus to the Judge of the Labour Court at Latur, for deciding Application IDA No. 16/2018, out of turn.

In our view, all litigants are equal in the eyes of law. All of them are waiting in queue for a decision in their matters. Unless the matter is more than 10 or 15 years old, a Writ of Mandamus would not be issued to a Judge. In old matter, orders on the Administrative side can be passed. Merely because the Petitioner could approach this Court, does not mean that this Court should pass an order for

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4.
