PER COURT:- 1.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. and learned counsel for intervenor.

It transpires that now the powers vest with the Director of Marketing to decide about the disqualification. The petitioner had approached the District Deputy Registrar, as at the relevant time the circular in question was not issued. 3.

Mr. Kale, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would immediately file an application for

(2) 176-wp-10445-2019 disqualification of the members with the Director of Marketing. Under the Act, he has to decide the same within a period of 30 days.

The petitioner may file an application with Director of Marketing with regard to his claim for disqualification of members. On receipt of the application, Director of Marketing shall decide the same in accordance with law and Rules and within the time stipulated in the Act and Rules.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of writ petition, present civil application is disposed of.
