State of Maharashtra & others), decided on 14.10.2016. For the reasons recorded in the above referred judgment, we permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with liberty to submit representation before the Competent Authority within a period of one week from today. On receipt of such representation, the competent authority shall examine the same and shall take appropriate decision keeping in view all the facts
