Bhupalrao Raje Nimbalkar and deceased respondent No.3 Santaji s/o. Bhupalrao Raje Nimbalkar. Perused the applications and relevant documents placed on record. 2.
Mr. Sapkal, Learned counsel for proposed legal representatives of deceased respondents has no objection to implead as party respondents in this matter. In view of nature of subject matter and relief sought on behalf of applicants/appellants, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The applicants are permitted to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 Prataprao s/o. Bhupalrao Raje Nimbalkar as well as deceased respondent No.3 Santaji s/o. Bhupalrao Raje Nimbalkar on record by requisite amendment within three weeks.

After requisite amendment, issue notice to the proposed legal representatives of deceased respondents No. 1 and 3 after aforesaid amendment on record, returnable on 29-01-2018.
