Considering the reasons stated in the application and fact situation of the case, Civil Application deserves to be partly allowed. Hence, following order:

ORDER

Civil Application is partly allowed.

b.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50 percent of the deposited amount alongwith interest accrued on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

c.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
