PER COURT :- An affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of respondents, wherein, it is stated that enquiry initiated under section 88 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act was stalled for the reason of transfer of employee - enquiry officer. However, new enquiry officer is already appointed and he has been instructed by respondent No.3 to complete the enquiry as early as possible.

In this view of the matter, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 as well as enquiry officer to ensure completion of enquiry initiated under section 88 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act expeditiously. (P.R. BORA, J) (R.M.BORDE, J) vbd
