Heard the learned Counsel for respective parties. 2.

The petitioners are challenging the order dated 10.05.2023 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in RTS/Revision/220/2022, whereby the Revision filed by the petitioners came to be rejected.

The petitioners are having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy against the order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, to file a revision before the State Government and this issue is already considered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2015 AIR SCW 6277 SUPREME

1037wp11582.23 COURT decided on 06.11.2015. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of, as not maintainable. No order as to costs. 4.

The petitioners may file revision before the State Government within a period of eight weeks.

Delay caused in prosecuting the present writ petition be taken into consideration while considering the application for condonation of delay.
